Mikla is a modern and dynamically growing company that has been successfully combining ecology, education, and workplace safety for many years.

Our mission is to support businesses, institutions, and individuals in responsible waste management, implementing sustainable development practices, and enhancing employees’ skills and qualifications.

Our 3 main pillars

We operate in three key areas that complement each other and form a comprehensive offer.

1.

The first area is recycling and comprehensive waste management – we collect and process various types of waste, such as film, paper waste, wood, and plastics, giving them a second life and minimizing their impact on the environment.

2.

The second area of our operations is the sale of secondary raw materials. Thanks to modern sorting and processing methods, we provide our clients with carefully selected, high-quality materials that can be reused in industry, construction, or logistics. In this way, we help close the material loop and significantly reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfills.

3.

The third pillar of Mikla is professional training, designed to ensure workplace safety and the continuous development of employees. We offer a full range of health and safety (HSE) training – both introductory and periodic – as well as fire protection training, which prepares employees to respond correctly in emergency situations. In addition, we run certified courses for forklift trucks and mobile platforms, enabling participants to gain the qualifications they need to expand their career opportunities.

Our Partners

Since 2022, we have been working with Auchan on waste collection and management. Since 2024, we have also been collaborating with Grupa Azoty on innovative products under the Envifill brand. In collaboration with Bialystok University of Technology and the Institute of Innovation and Technology, we are co-creating an innovative project for advanced recycling machines.
